Non-profit organization Lean Enterprise Estonia was established in 2007 with the aim to propagate, teach and consult lean thinking principles. Our mission is to improve productivity and efficiency of the Estonian manufacturing companies. Our vision is to be the support center for all of the improvement activities of the manufacturing organization. NPO Lean Enterprise Estonia main activities are intercompany trainings and practical consultancy projects, public trainings, organization of lean forums and conferences, writing articles to the local magazines, co-operating with governmental organizations and universities in order to improve the understanding of need for continuous process improvement. Amongst our results from practical projects one can find improvement of OEE by 25% or reduce of set-up time by 50% and much more other such kind of examples. Our public activities are opened the awareness of publicity about lean. We are known in Estonia as lean thinking experts. Practical projects very often requires good tool for process mapping and analyzing. After thorough selection process we have chosen 2c8 process mapping software as most suitable for our purposes and having optimal price and quality ratio.
