Can you copy a complete repository?

Not exactly, but by exporting all information from a repository, creating a new one and importing, you will have a complete copy of a repository. Starting with version 2.3 there is also the possibility to lock a workspace (make snapshot) and then create tow or more workspaces as independent copies of the locked snapshot.
