How do you use automatic hyphenation?  E-mail

You can enable automatic hyphenation for one or more languages in a repository, through Tools > Language > Languages...

  • Choose the language to hyphenate and click Edit Language
  • Check Use hyphenation and choose which dictionary to use
  • Press Ok to save the new settings

All labels on the objects will now be automatically hyphenated in this language. The length of individual rows of text can be adjusted by pressing Ctrl and dragging the corners of the label.

Downloading dictionaries

Due to licensing forms the dictionaries can not be included with the application. To use hyphenation you must first download and install these dictionaries.

  • Choose Tools > Language > Import hyphenation dictionaries...
  • Click the link and download the file by clicking the upper-most link.
  • Go back to 2c8 Modeling Tool and choose Import dictionary.
  • Choose the downloaded file. Finished!
