| Result orientation |
|
We have learned that in these times a process oriented view is the modern way to succeed with dealing with requirements and expectations from customers, and to create and deliver customer benefits through our processes. To focus on our processes which in turn is comprised of activities is the basis of a process oriented view. Even more important is perhaps to establish a result oriented view. The activities are important but it is the results that live on within the organization and with our customers.
It is the interfaces, business objects (time, cost and results), that needs to be agreed upon among process owners. |
